Comprehensive Evaluations

The evaluation process will allow us to look closely at how the individual learns: thinking skills, learning abilities, attention, emotional & behavioral responses, everyday adaptive skills, and more.

 

Clients of Education Spotlight are offered not merely a diagnostic answer, but a collaborative and compassionate process designed to yield clear solutions.

Parent clients receive an individualized process designed to offer comprehensive direct support. This support is geared towards empowering parents to become the most effective advocates and facilitators of their child's success.  A child's optimal development is intrinsically linked to a supportive home environment, and the initiatives of Education Spotlight focus on supporting this fundamental principle.

Advocacy Services

Education Spotlight helps families work with their child’s school to create Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for their child with disabilities. ​

  • Support is offered by assisting in planning your child's education,

  • helping to resolve IEP disagreements,

  • and connecting you with local community resources.

This service is aimed to empower you with the knowledge and tools you need to speak up for your child's learning needs and build strong, cooperative relationships with the school, to enable your child’s success.
